If I buy more than 1 item, will I get a discount?
Please ask by emailing us on sales@getgoods.co.uk in order to consider you request.

Can I collect the item?
Yes you are welcome to collect by prior appointment. Collections are available between 9 and 4pm from Monday to Friday. Please contact us.

Where is my item?
All of our deliveries are tracked so you can trace the location of the items online.

My item has arrived damaged?
Take a photo of the damaged item and send it to us at sales@getgoods.co.uk. We will then begin our investigation with the courier and then follow the returns policy of full refund or replacement. You must do this within 48 hours of delivery.
